IBF treats the per­sonal de­tails of its re­gis­tered users in ac­cor­dance with the re­gu­la­tions laid down by Ita­lian Le­gis­la­tive De­cree 196/2003 (The Ita­lian Data Pro­tec­tion Act - re­ferred to he­reafter as 'the Act').  It is valid just for the IBF web site and not for other linked web site.

CON­DI­TIONS OF TREAT­MENT

The de­tails sup­plied du­ring re­gis­tra­tion, and any other si­milar de­tails, are col­lected and used in ac­cor­dance with Ita­lian Le­gis­la­tive De­cree 196/2003 (The Ita­lian Data Pro­tec­tion Act). In line with Ar­ticle 13 of the Act, IBF he­reby in­forms you that the per­sonal de­tails sup­plied by users du­ring the re­gis­tra­tion pro­cess are col­lected and used by IBF - both ma­nu­ally and using au­to­mated tech­no­lo­gies – just for the ne­cessary time and for the in­di­cated pur­poses.

RIGHTS
Ar­ticle 7 of the Ita­lian Data Pro­tec­tion Act grants re­gis­tered users the op­por­tu­nity to exer­cise spe­cific rights. These in­clude the right to re­ceive from the data ma­nager con­fir­ma­tion of whe­ther or not the de­tails of the user ma­king the re­quest are being held and, if so, to be given ac­cess to those de­tails in in­tel­li­gible form.  Mo­reover, the user can re­quest that the de­tails be de­leted or made an­ony­mous, or ac­cess to them blocked, should those de­tails be sub­ject to pro­ces­sing ope­ra­tions that vio­late the re­le­vant le­gis­la­tion. The user may also re­quest that the de­tails be up­dated, cor­rected or, if in the user's in­te­rest, made com­plete. Last, the user can op­pose the pro­ces­sing of his or her de­tails on legal grounds, and may, at any time, op­pose any pro­ces­sing ope­ra­tions being car­ried out for pur­poses of mar­ke­ting or of col­lec­ting com­mer­cial in­for­ma­tion. To exer­cise any of the above rights, users should con­tact IBF di­rectly.
