The In­ter­na­tional Book Forum is the In­ter­na­tional Rights Area of the Turin In­ter­na­tional Book Fair created to fa­ci­li­tate con­tacts, mee­tings and busi­ness net­wor­king among in­ter­na­tional pu­blis­hers, li­terary agents, ci­nema/TV pro­du­cers and new media com­pa­nies from all over the world, wis­hing to:

• buy and ex­change co­py­rights or to ex­plore new busi­ness op­por­tu­ni­ties
• de­velop new li­terary pro­jects for screen ad­ap­ta­tion (TV drama, fea­ture films, do­cu­men­ta­ries, ani­ma­tion se­ries)
• de­velop new au­dio­vi­sual pro­jects for pu­blis­hing, video-mo­bile phone con­tents and VOD (Video On De­mand)

The In­ter­na­tional Book Forum is an ini­tia­tive of the Sa­lone In­ter­na­zio­nale del Libro of To­rinio, created by Bi­ella In­tra­pren­dere in col­la­bo­ra­tion with the Re­gione Pie­monte and the Isti­tuto na­zio­nale per il Com­mercio Es­tero (Ice), it was made pos­sible thanks to the fi­nan­cial con­tri­bu­tion of the Re­gione and the Mi­nis­tero dello Svi­luppo Eco­no­mico, in the fra­me­work of the agree­ment pro­gram Mi­nistry-Re­gione-Ice.
